Yoga Flow

Wendy2.jpgOne hour of refreshing and relaxing Yoga moving to specially selected music with breathe and mindfulness. We will flow from posture to posture in the Vinyasa style of yoga and slow down as we head towards the end of the class and finish with a blissful guided relaxation and meditation. This class will relax you both body and mind as well as improving your flexibility, balance, strength and breathing. It is suitable for all levels, particularly beginners. Please bring a yoga, pilates, or exercise mat or camping mat if you have one, or a mat sized towel. Cost is £8/class in advance or £10 drop in. Term time only
