Mellowburn Yoga

mellow.jpgJoin friendly and welcoming mellowburn yoga to blow away the Monday morning cobwebs and start your week feeling refreshed, open, strong and calm. My overall teaching style is static Hatha with an iyengar flavour, ensuring correct alignment and mindfulness. To get the heart pumping, some fluid vinyasa is also thrown in. There are different themes each week, all embroidered with meditation, breathing techniques and mindful relaxation. The class is friendly, fun, informative, challenging and calming.
