FITSTEPS - 'Strictly' style dance exercise class

Newfit.jpgA 'fab-u-lous' Ballroom and Latin dance workout devised by Natalie Lowe and Ian Wait from 'Strictly that’s calorie burning, toning and loads of fun. You'll learn to cha-cha, jive, samba, rumba, tango, waltz, salsa and paso your way to fitness. The class is suitable for all levels,involves no partner work, and is taught by an experienced dance fitness instructor. Courses are £5.50/class half termly or £5/class termly.
