Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates

This class is designed to tackle the common problem areas in pregnancy and following birth (diastasis recti, pelvic floor strength, posture, upper back, pelvic and lower back pain) as well as general strengthening and toning. Exercises are suitable for both antenatal ladies and postnatal ladies (post 6 week check or 8-10 weeks post-cesarean). Babies welcome - currently only those not yet walking (crawling is ok). Booking required. Classes taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist with postgraduate training and experience in pre- and postnatal Pilates and Women’s Health Physiotherapy (eg. continence, pelvic pain). Physiotherapy 1:1s also available, on request.
